RIVIERA POINT CORPORATE CENTER AT MIRAMAR - 2017
Riviera Point Corporate Center is a five-story building with 74-foot-tall monolithic tilt-up panels. The most challenging part of this project was transferring the shear to the foundation. We had to use many inside and outside face connections, tension bars, epoxy bolts and welding. Our general contractor helped with coordinating and the owners created a risk-management plan that included project planning so the building could be entirely done between November 2015 and June 2016.
