PINECREST GLADES ACADEMY PHASE II – 2020

Pinecrest Glades Academy Phase II is part of a public charter school complex that includes four phases. It is a three-story building with composite decks and a bar joist roof. A mixture of geometrical form liners and sawgrass form liners contrasts with flat panels. The design included very intricate panel designs that vary in thickness. Some exterior panels are twelve inches up to the second floor and reduce in thickness to eight inches from the second floor to the roof parapet. The architect incorporated arch and oval windows in the design.
