NATIONS SAFE DRIVERS

Although Nations Safe Drivers needed a fast-track schedule for their corporate headquarters, they also wanted a structure that would accurately reflect their company’s image.

To create a high-end architectural feel, Johnson Structural Group incorporated a consistent banded reveal at the top of the parapet, as well as reveals and recesses around each of the windows. This reveal structure is highlighted in shades of yellow and

  cream on the building’s exterior.

The dramatic entry features parapet returns walls extended back into the roof, highlighted by teal-colored feature panels and aluminum curved canopies. These 30- foot-wide curved feature panels, which bear the load of the floor and roof joists, represent the project’s largest and heaviest panels, and were cast using foam forms.

The entrance also features a unique balcony formed from 24-inch-thick Tilt-Up columns tied together with 8-inch spandrel Panels.
